- No — every tour starts with hands-on training and a safety briefing, so first-timers are welcome.

- Closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting muddy. Goggles and a face mask/cover are recommended.
Full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full amount.
